My PN began one day last July. My doctor prescribed Gabapentin which I began taking in January. Since then, two things seem to be helping: At night, turn over on your stomach. This seems to help your feet.

Also, a spoonful of honey topped with a sprinkling of cinnamon seems to help your feet at night.

Is there any basis for these two ideas?
